Smart Coolers and Micromarts for office buildings.

Give tenants a convenient cashless break option in a shared area they can actually use. Hereful can propose a Smart Cooler, Micromart, or Micromarket after reviewing the indoor spot, tenant routes, and property rules. We plan the product mix and manage agreed stocking and routine service.

Convenience in the flow of work

Put the option where a break can happen.

A spot near the elevators may be easy to notice; a tenant lounge may be closer to a daily break. Either works only if the tenants you hope to serve can reach it during their workday and the building can approve the position. We review the exact path, access hours, power, and service entry before recommending a setup.

The opening selection can reflect the building's tenant mix instead of a generic snack list. With your approval, we can invite tenant suggestions through a building-approved channel. We plan packaged snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials within equipment, supply, and property rules. Sales and feedback can guide later changes.

A compact Smart Cooler or Micromart and a more expansive Micromarket call for different space and service plans. We recommend the format after reviewing the proposed area and building rules. Compare Hereful's formats

Planning a common-area placement

Four questions to settle with the property team.

01

Which tenants could use it?

Identify the particular building, approximate on-site tenant population, and which suites can reach the proposed common area during their workday.

02

Who controls the spot?

Confirm whether the owner, asset manager, property manager, or another party can approve the space. Review lease, amenity, and existing vendor restrictions.

03

How would service enter?

Check the indoor footprint, power, accessible route, loading arrangements, security check-in, and the hours available for replenishment and support.

04

What would tenants choose?

Agree on a nonperishable starting mix that fits the site, available equipment, and tenant preferences.

What to send for a review

A short building brief helps.

Share what is documented and label estimates. A photo of the proposed common area can answer more than a building-wide headcount.

Office property questions

What should the building team confirm?

Would a lobby machine serve every tenant?

That depends on the lobby's actual access and tenant routes. We review the proposed position and building rules instead of treating total leased area or all tenants as reachable users.

Can tenant companies request products?

Yes. Your team can share known preferences or approve a simple tenant survey. The final assortment must fit the equipment, supply, building restrictions, and agreed operating plan.

Who handles restocking and service?

Hereful manages agreed restocking and routine machine service. The property and Hereful confirm check-in, access windows, contacts, and other responsibilities for the specific building.

How will tenants hear about it and get help?

Before launch, Hereful can prepare a simple notice for the property to approve and share, covering the location, hours, and how to shop. We also confirm a Hereful shopper contact and how eligible refund requests will be handled.

What does the property pay?

At qualifying sites, Hereful provides the machine, installation, and routine service without a fee to the property. The property provides an approved space, suitable power, and any agreed connectivity; access, site work, and other terms are confirmed in writing.
